BATHROOM
The fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink is nicely maintained. Because of the extra cabinets above the sink, there is more than enough storage space. The floor is fitted with laminate. There is a fall window for ventilation.

LIVING ROOM
The living room feels very spacious because it is a large whole together with the kitchen. Because of the many windows there is a lot of light coming in. The fiber optic cable enters the living room. The radiators are neatly hidden by a nice casing. The living room has tilt and turn windows with shutters. The 1 year old PVC floor is laid from the living room to the kitchen. In the living room hangs an air conditioner that can cool or heat the entire room.

KITCHEN
Through a wide step you walk into the kitchen. The L-shaped kitchen dates from 2010 and features a five-burner stove including one wok burner, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. The kitchen has a nice look with its colorful tiles combined with gray cabinets and wood-look plastic countertop. In addition to radiators, an infrared panel hangs in the kitchen and also in the living room, heating the room. The large window in the kitchen has electrically operated screens.
Through the door in the kitchen you get to the balcony, where there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The entrance door is equipped with an electric roller shutter.

ANNEX KITCHEN
The white goods connection, a sink and the central heating boiler(2020) can be found in the utility room. There is still plenty of room left to store things or place an extra freezer. The half-tiled toilet with sink can also be found here. The floor of the toilet has novilon and for ventilation there is a tilt window.

Second floor
Through the fixed staircase you get to the second floor where there is a large landing and another three bedrooms are present.

BEDROOMS
A total of four bedrooms are present, three of which are on the second floor. Because of the dormer windows on the side and back you have quite large rooms. The room at the rear is now used as an office, it could easily accommodate a double bed. The floor is carpeted and runs throughout the entire floor. All rooms have extra storage space under the sloping part of the roof. There are manual shutters everywhere. The rear bedroom is equipped with an infrared panel, which provides heating.

From the living room you walk into the bathroom. There is a shower stall, toilet and a single sink. For ventilation there is mechanical ventilation. This living area has its own central heating boiler from 2020. The electricity is connected to the main residence but with intermediate meters it is separated.

BEDROOMS
Through the stairs you arrive at loft where the bedroom is realized. Concerns a spacious room where easily a double bed can stand. There is also plenty of storage space on both sides in the closets under the sloping part of the roof.
Next to the living room is possibly another bedroom with an adjacent walk-in closet. For now it is used as a hobby room, but it could serve perfectly well as a double bedroom.

All partition walls and the floor of the second living space contains insulation material.

Balcony
ROOF TERRACE:
Through the conservatory or utility room you get to the spacious roof terrace. The floor has wooden decking that is only 2 years old. The roof terrace is fully fenced and offers a lot of privacy. You can decorate it completely to your own taste with nice plants, a large lounge set, the canopy is already there!
In the roof terrace is a recess made where the access stairs from the rear living area is placed. Only through the roof terrace is the rear living area accessible.
